Joe was incredibly helpful with all of the loan details and took the time to make sure we understood every part of the process which made everything feel much more manageable. Brian kept us informed every step of the way and handled our inspection thoroughly, giving us real peace of mind. Both of them were always available for calls, texts, and any questions we had, and they were both genuinely excited + cheering us along every step of the way. That support meant more to us than we can say. The amount of research this man did for us to get the information we needed was tremendous! The positive attitude with every conversation i was met with, put my mind at ease. Joe is knowledgeable, patient and responded quickly to all of my questions. This was my first time purchasing a home and it was important to me that I had someone working on my behalf that could help me navigate and understand every aspect of the financial agreement I was making. As a first time homebuyer, Joe walked me through the entire process of applying for and getting approval for a home loan. He answered all of my questions, explaining things in terms I could understand and making me feel confident in my decisions. When it was time to close on my new home, Joe talked about the process and made sure I understood what my monthly payments would cost and how everything would be broken down. I simply cannot recommend Green Mortgage Solutions and Joe Green highly enough.
